Q2: Can I ship the products to an address that is different from my billing address?

Yes, you can do this by filling in your address as the 'Billing address', and the address you wish to ship it to, as the ''.

Q3: How do I know that my order is confirmed?

For all pre-paid orders, the confirmation status will be automatically updated in the ‘My Account’ section. If your chosen mode of payment is Cash on Delivery, you will get a call or an email from a Celeb Wellness representative, on your registered contact details, asking you to confirm the order details. Once you have confirmed the same, the order will be processed immediately.

 

Q4: Do I have to have an account to place an order?

Yes, only logged-in users can place an order in websites. This is to ensure that the website can associate the order with the correct user account for billing, and other purposes. If a user is not logged in, they are often prompted to log in or create an account before they can place an order.

Q6: Why was my order payment rejected?

There are various reasons why this may have happened ranging from validity of card/net banking details, insufficient funds in the account to technical difficulties. If you were recently issued a new card, some of the information may have changed. In that case, please confirm your credit card details and try again. Also, check that your name and address match the name and address on your current credit card.

Q7: I cannot complete my registration, what do I need to do?

Contact us, detailing the problem you have encountered. You can either email us on service@celebwellness.in or call us on 000000000 and our Customer Care will be happy to assist you.

Q8: I forgot my password, what can I do?

If you have forgotten your password, you can request your password to be sent to the email address you have previously registered with us by clicking the Forgot Password link. You will be taken to a page where you can enter your email address and a temporary password will be sent to you. We strongly recommend that you change this at your earliest convenience.

Q9: How do I make changes to my order?

You can’t modify the order once it has been placed. We suggest you cancel the order and place a new order with your desired changes.

Q10: What payment types do you offer?

For Domestic orders: You can pay for purchases using Cash on Delivery, Debit, Credit card, Online payments.

CASH ON DELIVERY

Q1: What is Cash on Delivery (COD)?

If you are uncomfortable making online payments, you can use our Cash on Delivery (COD) facility. This facility allows you to pay your invoice amount in cash at the time of actual delivery at your doorstep. You can only make COD payments in Indian Rupees.

Q2: How do I avail of the COD facility?

COD facility is available on orders of INR. 500/- & above. You can use our pin code finder to check if the COD facility is available at your delivery address.

Q3: Would I be charged for availing of the COD option?

There's no specific charge to avail COD on any order. However, there is a flat shipping charge of INR. 65/- if your total order value is less than INR. 499/-.

Q4: How can I use a coupon code on my order?

When you have clicked on the 'Checkout' button, you will be directed to a section where you can enter your Gift coupon code code. On entering the code, the valid amount/offer will automatically be applied to your order. You can then proceed to checkout and pay the remaining amount using your chosen form of payment.

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY POLICIES

Q1: How are the items packaged at Celeb Wellness?

Each of our products are first bubble wrapped with protective layer and then placed in a sturdy carton, which is taped and prepared for shipping. Fragile items like spray or glass bottles are safeguarded with an additional layer of protection/bubble wrap. We pride ourselves on the quality of our packaging and wish for you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.

Q2 : Does Celeb Wellness have any physical stores?

Not yet. Coming soon.

Q3 What is the range of locations to which we ship our products?

For Domestic Orders:  We ship across India, except for a few remote locations. All domestic orders of INR 499/- & above qualify for free domestic shipping. However, there is a flat shipping charge of INR. 65/- if your total order value is less INR. 475/-.

RETURNS, CANCELLATIONS & EXCHANGES

Q1: What is your Online Return Policy?

If you are not satisfied with product ordered, or are disappointed with the product or service, we would like to know your feedback in order to be able to serve you better.

We strongly believe in the quality of our products and wish for you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. However, in the rare occasion where you may be unsatisfied with a purchase, please see our Returns and Refunds Policy for more information on online returns.

Q2: How do I cancel my order?

If you wish to cancel your order, you can do so by sending us an email on service@celebwellness.in . You can also call our Customer Care on 000000000(Timings: 9:30 am-5 pm IST), within 24 hours of placing the order.

Q3: How will I get a refund for my cancelled orders and how long will this process take?

Please refer to our Returns and Refunds Policy to understand if your order qualifies for a return. For pre-paid orders that have not yet been shipped, your order will be cancelled within 24 hours of your request and reflect as per your bank guidelines, which is usually within 10 business days. For all orders that have been delivered, we do not entertain return requests unless the order qualifies, as per our Returns and Refunds Policy. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Q1: What if I receive an incomplete, incorrect or damaged order?

While we try our best to fulfil your orders correctly, in the best manner possible, for any complaints you may have, with regards to your order, please contact our Customer Care within 7 business days of your order delivery, for prompt resolution. In the extremely rare occasion where you receive a product with tampered/open packaging, please inform our Customer Care within 2 business days of receipt, with supporting images if applicable, so we can best address your concern.

Q1 Once opened, how long are your products safe to use?

You can find this out on the product container itself, the Period after Opening (PAO) appears as a little picture of an open jar with a number displayed in the middle.

The number tells you how long an opened product can be kept (for instance, 12M indicates 12 months).

Q2 Are the products tested on animals?

No, none of our products are tested on animals. We are certified 100% Cruelty-Free.

Q3 Are the products good for sensitive skin?

 Yes, the products are suitable for all skin types. Our finest quality products are developed with balanced formulations and skin-loving liquids that suit all skin types.

Q4 Are the products Paraben-Free?

Yes, all the products are 100% Paraben Free as they are made with natural formulations using natural actives, exquisite natural fragrances and 100% Paraben Free preservatives.

Q5 Are there Phthalates or Formal Dehydrates in any of your products?

 No, there are no Phthalates or Formal Dehydrates used in any of our products.

Q6 What is the shelf life of your products?

Mostly it is two years from the date of manufacturing. For more details, you can refer to the back label of the products.

Q7 How often should lotion be applied?

It depends on how often your skin needs to be moisturized. You can use 3-4 times a day.

Q8 Can the lotions be used for application on the face?

Our products are carefully developed with balanced formulations and natural ingredients without Parabens and harmful components. Yes, they can be used on face until and unless you have some specific face needs

PLACING AN ORDER FAQs

Q1 How will I know that my order has been successfully placed?

We'll send you a confirmation email so that you’ll come to know that your order has been successfully processed.

Q2 Can I cancel my order once I have received confirmation?

If your product hasn't been dispatched from our warehouse, then you can possibly cancel your order. Contact our Customer Helpline team on 0000000000. If your goods have already been dispatched, you can refuse the delivery of the order which will then be returned to us. Once the package has reached us, we will give you a full refund excluding the original postage and packaging cost.

Q3 What If I receive an incomplete or damaged order?

ONLINE ACCOUNT FAQs

Q1: How do I register for an online account?

You can register for an online account in two ways:

Choose the products you wish to purchase and proceed to checkout. Fill in the registration section and complete the checkout process. We'll send you an email to confirm your online account as well as order confirmation.

If you don't want to place an online order right this minute you can select the 'register' link located at the top of the website and enter your registration details.

Q2: I've forgotten my password. What Should I do now?

If you forgot your password, click on the 'Forgotten your password?' link. A new page will pop up, asking you to enter your email address. Once you've done this, click on 'Submit' and a new password will be emailed to the address that matches your account username.

Q3: Can I change my password?

Yes, you can change your password at any time from within 'My Profile' when you're logged into your account. Simply select 'Change my Password' and follow the steps displayed on-screen.

Q4 What payment methods can I use to purchase Celeb Wellness products?

We accept every major Credit Card, Debit Card, Online payments, Visa, Master Card, and COD.

DELIVERY FAQs

Q1 How will I know my goods have been dispatched?

As soon as the products have been dispatched, we will send you an email and text notification confirming the details of your purchase.

Q2 What happens if my goods arrive late?

Q3 Can I upgrade my delivery service once the order has been dispatched?

Sorry, once an order has been dispatched you can't change the delivery service that you originally chose.

Q4 Do you ship your products Internationally?

Currently we only ship in India but we’re working on expanding internationally as quickly as we can, and we hope to get to your country in the not too distant future.

Q5 What is your Return Policy?

Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. We offer a replacement on items that may have been damaged during shipping. Returns other than damage incurred during shipping cannot be accepted.
